Strive NYC's facilities are distributed on three levels, sporting state of the art cardio equipment linked to the video/audio system, a wide range of free weights, benches and cable porticos, and a variety of resistance machines to tone and train all parts of the body, and stretch areas.

The Main Level (ground floor):

  • Reception
  • Main cardio area, fully equipped with the latest video and audio facilities, with treadmills, elliptical cross-trainers, bikes (straight, recumbent and spin bikes) and stair-stepper.
  • Stretch area
  • Main free weights area with strength cable portico
  • Resistance machines for the upper body

The Second Floor (Upper level):

  • Lower body resistance machines, from leg presses (vertical, horizontal) to thigh and calf trainers and "butt busters"
  • Secondary cardio area, complete with video and audio facility
  • A free weight area for squats
  • Strength cable portico
  • Back and shoulder resistance machines.

The Lower Level:

  • Rental lockers
  • Men and Ladies locker rooms, with toilet and showers
  • Stretch area
  • Abdominal resistance machines

The resident physical therapist offices, "The Finish Line," are on the lower level.
